PRIMARY SKILLS:
- As a UX Engineer one is expected to Involve in all areas of the product life cycle using web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and JQuery Framework.
- One should be able to take Front-End architectural designs and present it to the team for decisions and implementation.
- Must be in a position to write unit test cases, test scripts (if required) and help the testing team in performing UI and load tests.
- Must be familiar to perform ongoing troubleshooting and maintenance of existing products, and work closely with Project Managers on functional requirements.
ADDITIOANL/TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong in HTML and CSS. Working knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3.
- Good understanding of frontend build processes and workflows. Tools like QUnit, Grunt-JS, jsDoc, Node utilities.
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and driven to learn outside of work environment.
- Experience translating UX Design (wireframes, visual comps) into effective web application solutions
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript. Demonstrated ability to develop clean, well-organized and mature code
- Proficient in web standards like W3C, Web Accessibility, etc.,
- Experience working in an agile team with aggressive deliverables.
